A broken sewer main in the 900 block of Wilmington Avenue spilled about 16,000 gallons before a DPW contractor repaired it on Sept. 19.

DPW Presents Fall Cleaning & Greening Opportunities

Welcoming the first day of fall, the Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) is pleased to announce our autumn lineup of cleaning and greening activities starting this October. The popular GROW (Green Resources & Outreach for Watersheds) Centers will be popping up again this fall! Grease, wipes, and other debris contributed to a dry-weather sanitary sewer overflow on Sept. 13 near the 1200 block of N. Franklintown Road.
