In response to the evolving conditions related to the threat of COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of the public and of our employees, the following will take effect Monday 23, 2020:
- To comply with Federal and City directive requiring six (6) foot social distancing, the Service Center located at the Harry S Cummings building- 401 E. Fayette St is closed. All vendors wanting to purchase the bid documents must email: [email protected] to make the request. Your request will double as the bidder’s list. Documents will be emailed to the vendor using the same email address used to make the request.
- The collection of fees for the bid documents is not required at the time of request but must be submitted with the bid documents upon the bid due date. Staple the payment of the bid documents to the bid bond. If the cost for the bid documents is not included in your submission, your bids will be rejected. If the Service Center is opened before the bid due date, hard copies of the documents will be mailed or made available for purchase. A Prime still must be prequalified to submit bids.
