DPW Construction Projects (Notice of Letting)

  • The Service Center located at the Harry S. Cummings building- 401 E. Fayette St is closed to the public. To comply with Federal and City directives requiring six (6) foot social distancing, the Office of Contract Administration (OCA) will allow the public in their office building to purchase documents only. The vendor’s representative must make an appointment to purchase DPW bid documents at 4 South Frederick St Baltimore, MD 21202- 3rd floor.  All individuals wanting to purchase the DPW bid documents must email the Contract Administrator listed on the Notice of Letting (NOL) and DPW Bid Opportunities e-mail to schedule an appointment.  All visitors must wear a mask at this location.
  • Prior to releasing bid documents to the vendor (in person or by mail), OCA must collect the required fees for the bid documents from the vendor. The cost for a specific project is listed on the NOL.  Acceptable payment includes: Company check,  cashier’s check, or money order. No cash will be accepted.  
  • A Prime contractor must be prequalified, at the time of bid due date, in order for bids to be officially accepted. No exceptions.
