Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a stormwater management waiver related to qualitative control.

Project Location:  The project has an approximate area of 4.10 acres and is located along North Dukeland Street just south of the intersection of North Dukeland Street and Liberty Heights Avenue. 

Project Description:  The project includes the dredging of the WashWater Lake for maintenance to restore full capacity.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver for stormwater management in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 4.10 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to the current runoff condition, therefore the applicant has met the criteria for this type of waiver.
