At this annual public meeting, Paul DeSantis, DPW’s Chief of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, presented an overview of the Department’s work, especially over the last 12 months, to meet the terms and conditions of the Modified Consent Decree. The annual public meeting is a requirement of the Modified Consent Decree, entered in the U.S. District Court on Oct. 6, 2017.  At the public meeting, DPW unveiled an online interactive map that provides near real-time data on sanitary sewer overflows.
