The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 3.53 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of S. Haven Street and Fleet Street. The project will consist of demolition of the existing site with permanent seeding for stabilization.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide water quality controls by a reduction of 50% impervious area to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 3.53 acres this project.
