The project has an approximate area of 1.73 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of N. Washington Street and McElderry Street. The project will consist of constructing the JHU Bloomberg School of Public Health building, surrounding landscape areas, adjacent curb lines, streetscape improvements, courtyards, underground parking garage, and stormwater management practices.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide proposed greenroof, proposed rainwater harvest cistern, and 579 square feet of impervious area removal to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.79 acres this project.
