Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 3.48 acres and is located SW at the intersection of West Lafayette Avenue and Poplar Grove Street and NE atthe intersection of North Franklintown Road and West Lanvale Street. The project will consist of feature new play areas on both the east and west sides of the building, new basketball courts on the west side of the building that will be constructed by others, revised parking alignment and loading dock on the north, and a revised parking/drop-off area to the south. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.05 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.05 ac of this project.
