Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 100 acres and is located in west Baltimore at the intersection of Eagle Drive and Windsor Mills Road. The project will consist of installing approximate 31 wood posts to construct aerial rope climbing elements at five stations. Temporary 6” wood chip access pathways shall be installed and light duty equipment (mini track loader) used to complete the work.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.59 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.59 ac of this project.
