Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.238 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and S. Clinton Street. The project will consist of 5-story apartment building with ground floor retail and parking and lower level parking[.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.018 ac of this project and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.020 ac of this project.

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.175 ac of this project.
