DPW to Implement Electronic Delivery of the Annual Water Quality Report

The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) will use electronic delivery to disseminate its Annual Water Quality Report, also known as the Consumer Confidence Report, to City and County water customers. Previously, the four-page report was mailed to each customer along with a springtime water bill.

DPW Introduces Monthly Newsletter

The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) is pleased to introduce the Customer Report, a new monthly newsletter providing essential information about DPW initiatives and activities. Starting in March, a printed copy of the newsletter will arrive with monthly water bills mailed to Baltimore City residents. The newsletter will also be available on the DPW website.
