Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.34 acres and is located south of the intersection of Fallstaff Road and Labyrinth Road. The project will consist of a single-family detached residence. 

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.257 ac of this project.
