The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.70 acres and is bounded by Dillon Street, Hudson Street, Grundy Street, and South Haven Street. The project will consist of row house development with dual rear loaded garages.

The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by on-site stormwater management for 0.68 this project.
