The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 56.73 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of Cromwell Street and West Peninsula Drive. The project will consist of the construction of a trail on the east side of the site. This will consist of grading and installation of pavement and landscaping. 

The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that 1.50 ac of the project has a direct, concentrated discharge of stormwater to tidal waters. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative controls for 1.50 ac of this project.
