COMING SOON: 2019 Water Quality Report

Starting this May, the 2019 Water Quality Report will be available online for Baltimore City and County residents to review. This year’s release of the Water Quality Report, also known as the Consumer Confidence Report, will mark the third year that the Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) has used electronic delivery to distribute its Water Quality Report.

New Emergency COVID-19 Discount Program, Unemployed Account Holders Can Apply Beginning May 8

Today, Mayor Bernard C. “Jack” Young announced that water billing will resume on Friday, May 8, 2020, and he also announced the new Emergency COVID-19 Discount. Water billing in Baltimore City has been delayed since March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
