The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.23 acres and is located west at the intersection of W Hamburg Street and S Hanover Street. The project will consist of demolition of existing building and construction of 5-story apartment building with first floor parking. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.125 ac of this project.
