Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.11 acres and is located along Hicks Ave. between Liberty Heights Ave. and Chatham Rd. The project will consist of Baltimore City electrical conduit trenching and installation along Hicks Ave.. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.11 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative stormwater control for 0.11ac of this project.
