The project has an approximate area of 0.24 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of Brentwood Avenue and E Biddle Street. The project will consist of demolition of existing vacant rowhomes and the construction of a surface parking lot and streetscape improvements.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.06 ac of this project.
