Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate disturbance area of 4.76 acres and is located Southeast of Belair Road and Southwest of Herring Run Northeast of Lyndale Avenue. The project will consist of the repair and replacement of small diameter water main Parkside Drive, Shannon Drive, Dudley Avenue, Kenyon Avenue, Chesterfield Avenue, Mannasota Avenue, Lawnview Avenue, Cliftmont Avenue and Elmely Avenue.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the total disturbance area of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for this project.
