Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.497 acres and is located between Baylis Street and South Highland Avenue and the 15’ Alley north of Toone Street and the 15’ Alley south of Elliott Street. The project will consist of 12 townhouses with ground floor parking garages.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.
The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.215 ac of this project.
