The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.97 acres and is located at the Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project will consist of Construction of a new screening facility, flow meter station, and utilities; and improvements to the existing grit removal facility at the Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant. To obtain specific information concerning this project, please email Michael.hallmen@baltimorecity.gov.

The applicant has demonstrated that 0.45 ac of the project directly discharges to a public storm system that can accommodate the anticipated stormwater flows from the project site without downstream flooding or stream-bank erosion. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative control for 0.45 ac of this project.
