The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.74 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of Liberty Heights Avenue and Plateau Avenue. The project will consist of sitework related to construction of a one-story retail structure with associated surface parking. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide water quality controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.74 ac of this project.
