The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.40 acres over two sites and is located on the north and south sides of E. Eager Street between N. Wolfe Street and N. Washington Street. The project will consist of 252 apartments, 3,340 square feet of retail, and 149 off-street parking spaces. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by the inclusion of 0.49 acres of green roof and payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.41 acres for this project.
