Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.005 acres and is located in two separate areas; 700 N Chester and 2300 E Monument Street. Each of these areas will be required to support the structural rehabilitation of 3,400 linear feet of storm drain and minor spot repairs for 3,500 linear feet of storm drain.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.005 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.005 acres of this project.
