Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 1.023 acres and is located at 3432 Frederick Avenue at the intersection of Frederick Avenue and McCurley Street. The project will consist of 9,200 SF. Family Dollar Building with Associated Infrastructure. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls, and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for [0.48 ac of this project.
