Baltimore City Department of Public Works Director Rudolph S. Chow, P.E, along with the C.E.O. of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) Adam Krantz, have penned the cover story for the latest edition of the Clean Water Advocate.
Crews from the Baltimore City Department of Public Works are conducting leak detection work in the vicinity of Light Street and East Baltimore Street. The task being performed is to determine the location of a water main leak that had caused flooding in the basement of a nearby building.
