The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments of this project’s application for Redevelopment Waiver, and Fee-in-lieu

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.606 acres and is located southwest of the Interstate 95 and Maryland 150 (Eastern Avenue) interchange, just south of the existing Firestone and Wawa. The project will consist of constructing a 2-story, 11,848 SF Animal Hospital with the associated parking and infrastructure. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide both water quality controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.445 acres of this project.
