U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Acting Administrator Andrew Wheeler today announced a $202 million Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan to the City of Baltimore to help the city make system-wide upgrades to its aging wastewater infrastructure.
