The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a variance of Stormwater Management.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.30 acres and is located at the existing Mother Seton Academy Location along Greenmount Avenue and East 23rd Street. The project consists of new development for construction of a modular gymnasium building.  

The Applicant is requesting a variance in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-4 of the City Code for approximately 0.02 acre of this project.  The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site Stormwater management for 0.02 ac of this project.
