The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a variance of Stormwater Management.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.30 acres and is located at the existing Mother Seton Academy Location along Greenmount Avenue and East 23^rd Street. The project consists of new development for construction of a modular gymnasium building.  

The Applicant is requesting a variance in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-4 of the City Code for approximately 0.02 acre of this project.  The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site Stormwater management for 0.02 ac of this project.
