Application for Quantitative Control and Qualitative Control Waivers

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.23 acres and is located east of the intersection of Falls Road and Bellemore Road. The project will consist of one single family dwelling and associated improvements.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.02 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.02 acres of this project. 

AND

 The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site Stormwater management for 0.04 acres of this project. 

AND

The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.23 acres of the project directly discharges to a public storm system that can accommodate the anticipated Stormwater flows from the project site without downstream flooding or stream-bank erosion. The Applicant will satisfy the quantitative controls requirements for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site Stormwater management for 0.23 acres of this project.
