I regret to report that the worker injured during an incident at DPW’s Druid Park Lake Underground Tank Project has passed away.

Today, Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) Acting Director Matthew W. Garbark issued the following statement regarding a contractor injured while working on the Druid Tank Project: We are saddened to announce that a contractor was injured in an incident that occurred at DPW’s Druid Park Lake Underground Tank Project on February 17, 2020.

Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) employees says farewell to Director Rudolph S. Chow, P.E.  Director Chow concludes his service to the City of Baltimore on Feb. 1. On that day, DPW’s Deputy Director Matthew Garbark will become Acting Director.
