The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:

: The project has an approximate area of [0.14] acres and is located northwest at the intersection of Elm Ave and W. 36th Street. The project will consist of demolition of the existing buildings and construction of a surface parking lot with associated landscaping.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.07 ac of this project.

AND

The Applicant will satisfy the quantitative controls requirements for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.07 ac of ac of this project.
