The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description: | : The project has an approximate area of 3.25 acres and is located West at the intersection of Village Square Drive and Hamill Road. The project will consist of a multi-family residential development. The Applicant has demonstrated that 2.0 ac of the project directly discharges to a public storm system that can accommodate the anticipated stormwater flows from the project site without downstream flooding or stream-bank erosion. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative control for 1.35 ac of this project.
