The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.54 acres and is located NE at the intersection of W. North Avenue and Braddish Avenue. The project will consist of demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new building with associated parking, stormwater management, utilities, streetscape and landscape improvements. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The percent of existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide water quality controls, impervious area reduction and water quantity control to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 3.44 ac+/- of disturbed area.
