Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 1.75 acres and is located south of the intersection of Windy Ridge and Taylor Avenue. The project will consist of demolition of a pool building and pedestrian walkways. The Applicant is requesting a variance in accordance with Article 7, §24-2 of the City Code for approximately 0.11 acre of this project. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for 0.11 acre of impervious area associated with this project. This Phase-1 project is for demolition only and is technically new development, however it includes a significant reduction in impervious area for the site, SWM requirements will be addressed during Phase 2 with overall site improvements.
