Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.93 acres and is located south at the intersection of Wyndhurst Ave and Blythewood Road. The project will consist of the demolition and construction of a single-family residence with driveway.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.04 ac of this project.
