Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for qualitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.06 acres and is located south of the intersection of Argonne Drive and Ellerslie Avenue on the east side of Ellerslie Avenue. The project will consist of a three-story building containing 43 affordable housing units and the associated vehicular access and parking area.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.09 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.09 acres of this project.
