The project has an approximate area of 0.17 acres and is located north of the intersection of Terrapin Way and Mission Boulevard in the Port Covington neighborhood of Baltimore. The project will consist of constructing a new playground to support the existing development at Parcel E1, 250 Mission Boulevard for a daycare tenant.

The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code.

The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.16 ac of the project directly discharges to a public storm system that can accommodate the anticipated stormwater flows from the project site without downstream flooding or stream-bank erosion. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative control for 0.16 ac of this project.
