The project has an approximate area of 3.48 acres and is located SW at the intersection of West Lafayette Avenue and Poplar Grove Street and NE at the intersection of North Franklintown Road and West Lanvale Street. The project will consist of feature new play areas on both the east and west sides of the building, new basketball courts on the west side of the building that will be constructed by others, revised parking alignment and loading dock on the north, and a revised parking/drop-off area to the south.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.05 ac of this project.
