Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.79 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of S. Eden Street and Aliceanna Street. The project will consist of a 100-unit multi-family residential building at 1400 Aliceanna Street and improvements to the public Right of Way at the perimeter of 600 South Caroline Street.
The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by a Fee-in-Lieu for 0.39 ac of this project.
