Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.40 acres and is located at 1525 N. Charles St. The project will consist of abandonment/removal and installation of utilities.

The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.by returning the runoff conditions to predevelopment conditions.
