Application for Phased Development Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a phased development waiver. If granted, the project will be granted waivers for qualitative and quantitative control based on the stormwater system constructed prior to May 4, 2010.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.96 acres and is located east at the intersection of Uplands Parkway & Edmondson Avenue. The project will consist of 5 new 3-story & 4-story apartment buildings with associated parking.
The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code. The project conforms to an existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division.
