Application for Qualitative and Quantitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 12.91 acres and is located West at the intersection of Kloman Street and Wenburn Street. The project will consist of new development of a single-family townhome development with supporting roads, alleys, sidewalks, and utilities. 

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for for 3.68 ac of this project. 

AND

The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 12.91 ac of the project has a direct, concentrated discharge of stormwater to tidal waters. The Applicant will not be required to provide quantitative controls for 12.91 ac of this project.
