Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 4.2 acres and is located north of Horner’s Lane along the Armistead Run waterway. The project will consist of repairs to a sanitary sewer siphon accompanied by 1,000 linear feet of stream restoration to provide grade control and streambank stabilization upstream and downstream of the siphon crossing.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 4.2 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 4.2 ac of this project.
