The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.43 acres and is located at the Wheelabrator Baltimore property at 1801 Annapolis Road. The project will consist of curb replacement and overlaying of an existing gravel area with new gravel to allow tractor trailer parking and storage.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.43 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.43 ac of this project.
