Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.22 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and South Broadway. The project will consist of a 5-story residential building with ground floor parking.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.11ac of this project.
