Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 8.19 acres and is located on the block bounded by Linden Avenue, Lennox Street, Park Avenue, and West North Avenue. This phase of the project will demolish existing building foundations, old parking lots, and clear the area to be mass graded for future development. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  This phase of the project will provide stormwater management through reducing the impervious area of the site by at least 50%.
