Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.25 acres and is located north of E. Preston Street, east of Harford Avenue, south of E. Hoffman Street, and west of N. Central Avenue. The project consists of new development for construction of 70-units multi-family affordable apartment building and associated parking, utilities, and landscaping.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver for 0.28 acres of the project site in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2.(1) of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.28 acres of the project is maintenance and/or linear utility work that will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for 0.28 acres of this project.
AND
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver for 0.03 acres of the project site in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2.(4) of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for 0.03 acres this project.
