The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 33.19 acres and is bounded by Locust Street to the north, CSX railroad tracks to the east, Curtis Avenue to the west, and Birch Street to the south. The project will consist of the construction of three industrial warehouse buildings, stormwater management facilities, and associated utilities.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide stormwater management facilities to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 16.16 ac of this project.
