The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.970 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of North Patterson Park Avenue and Ashland Avenue. The project will consist of improving the existing turf field to an artificial turf field with a porous rubberized surface running track.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.17 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.17 acres for this project.
