The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 5.88 acres and is bounded by Fort Avenue to the north, Decatur Street to the east, and existing CSX rights-of-way to the west and south. The project will consist of the construction of a single-family townhome development with supporting roads, sidewalks, and dry utilities.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 5.88 acres this project.
